(red record) reissue from 2023
Masala, the second and successful album of the EtniX band, which was published in July 1991, is being reissued in a limited edition on red vinyl.
Among the songs on the album you can find "Katorna Masala" together with Zehava Ben, "Ktam HaFrey", "Amona", "An Old Song", and "El Haor".
Masala is considered one of the best pop albums released in Israel of all time and faithfully combined an electronic sound alongside Mediterranean elements. The album sold 50,000 copies in just three months and after two years sold over 80,000 copies and reached double platinum status.
The new edition is published 32 years from the day the album was first released and is printed with improved sound, on 180 gram vinyl, and includes an insert with the lyrics.
